I am starting this website part way through my restoration journey. It is mid-November 2024 and it has been a real physical and emotional journey up to this point, which I hope to share with you. The pictures here shows the current status.

You may notice that the actual vehicle colour is currently black. Many years ago I changed the colour from it's original solar gold to black after being sucked into the "Smokey and the Bandit" craze, which I now regret to be honest. This restoration will revert back to it's original colour of solar gold, or as close to that as possible - the colour it was when it was produced in 1979, and when I bought it in 1987.

The rear of car is shown here with the trunk lid removed, along with the 3-piece spoiler, the bumper cover and rear light assemblies. The original factory gold has been revealed under the spoilers.

Engine is a 403 Oldsmobile but is unique as the vehicle is turbocharged. I purchased the car in 1987 with the H-O Turboforce kit already fitted ( by a previous owner ). It has a Rajay turbocharger which blows through the top of the Rochester quadrajet carb.
